Simultaneously, MAG’s engineers embarked on developing a generation 1 fixture package for the initial 100 stores, with subsequent tweaks for the next 650 outlets to streamline shipping and installation.
The Solution
MAG’s agility and innovation bore fruit swiftly. The rollout commenced, with MAG now producing and dispatching over 50 stores weekly, propelling the Total by Verizon brand’s proliferation across all 50 states.
